Black and white picture of nature

Dear Readers,

First of all, I would like to wish everyone a very happy New Year, and I hope that each of you will be able to accomplish the plans you have set for this year.

This is the first newsletter of 2026, and for this reason I would like to share a few thoughts about my plans for the year ahead.

As I also mentioned in the December issue, I do not take the New Year quite as seriously from a planning perspective as many others do. I do not make resolutions about “becoming better” or similar promises. I prefer to remain flexible and to change things whenever necessary, at any time.

That said, since it is a new year, I do create plans for the entire year. However, what matters more to me than rigid plans are milestones. As I try to live a minimalist lifestyle in my personal life, I also aim to carry this minimalism into my art and avoid overcomplicating things. Reaching a milestone is always a reason for celebration, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant it may appear.

Now, I would like to write a few lines about my specific plans.

First and foremost, I would like to complete the redesign of my website, which I began in December. Only the final touches remain.

I will be releasing three limited-edition artworks, presented in a slightly different format from my previous releases.

I would also like to publish four e-books, and last but not least, I aim to collaborate with new hospitality clients and designers.

I have saved my new project for the end.

I have begun a year-long project titled “In Motion.” Since everything around us is constantly moving—and we ourselves are always in motion—I am attempting to capture this through artistic expression. By movement, I do not mean only physical motion, but also the passing of time, ageing, and everything connected to this theme that touches my soul.

I plan to reveal the full collection in November, but throughout the year I will also release individual works to give insight into the direction I am taking. To be honest, even I do not yet know exactly what the final outcome will be. I am trusting my instincts and allowing everything to evolve naturally.

Around November, I would also like to publish another book—or rather, several books—as part of a very special series. I will share more information about this later, as the details have not yet been fully developed.

This concludes the January newsletter. Once again, I would like to wish everyone a happy and successful New Year.

With sincere respect,
Csaba
